Actually the guy who runs AT has been found, since he had his other personal site hosted on the same residential IP as AT. 22-year-old living in Stockholm. From Googling his name, finds out he has DDoSed other (non-*chan) sites before, so he probably had the capability to do this attack.

I've been ruminating over the logs a bit, and they certainly do look authentic on the first glance, but there's still something about them that's unsettling, particularly the timestamps.
pacifico is a teenager, and as most teenagers are, loves attention. While it's disputable whether he played a central role in the attack, he certainly wanted to be. Maybe he did launch some minor attacks, but I also doubt he has that big of a botnet -- raidchan as their name implies has attempted DDoSes on other sites in the past, but they've never managed much bandwidth.
