This brings up a number of questions...

• Why would anyone care what network the IRC channel is on, much less care enough to DDoS the site because of it? That's about the most ridiculous reason to attack something I've heard in a long while.
• re. "No real reasons to distrust this information": are you implying in some way that because Kirtaner said this, that he might be somehow involved?
• What happened to the irc channel, if anything?
