4chan's stricter ban policy (10)

Somewhere around the start of this year, 4chan started enforcing much, much stricter ban policies, with the unfortunate result that their site - which formerly functioned as a kind of internet flypaper (with most of the stupidest people on the internet getting stuck on 4chan) - is now forcing the rest of us to endure the company of the rabble that they created. As it turns out, or as it seems anyway, the 4chan castoffs seem to outnumber the population on most imageboards and the ex-4chan folk are fairly effective at driving off/burying the previously preferred content.
Other than spotting them individually, how is it best to deal with them?
HTTP referrer doesn't work in most cases and 4chan is not will to share their banned IP list.

I've personally observed this and in general 4chan's rule enforcement is in general inconstant. But I like to know a few examples of the sudden strict rule enforcement.

In regards to spotting them individually, it's the only way we can deal with the ex-4chan folk. But it is easy to spot them, posting obvious /b/ bullshit: Such as triforcing, doubles, meme sprouting, image and text spam, sage bombing.

I've found that captchas that involve differential equations are extremely effective.

That's true. But there are several confirmed reports that you can get banned for racism on /b/ and in the other boards. It's because a team4chan mod is doing search bans to deal with racism regardless of context.

This type of stricter moderation has just been recently done.

>>1-san is describing a very real phenomena. I mean, just look at this board. It would take more than one hand for me to count the number of posts made this month. Unacceptable.

On the one hand, everybody is busier than theyfve have you ever been. It helps so that you can get something online and have it waiting for you when you get house. Conversely, the time you saved simply by ordering something on the web is wasted whenever points go wrong. If youfre any do-it-yourselfer and youfre considering placing your order car parts online, it might actually help to know exactly exactly what some of the benefits and some with the risks are!Take into account the hassle: tugging in the parking lot, driving about a while till an area becomes free, getting into the auto components keep and throwing away one more half-hour looking till your informed they donft hold the exact component that you need in stock.
