holding posts for moderation (7, permasaged)

I was interested in setting up an image board, but there is one issue I'm having. My target audience are sensitive about certain issues and I want to have a way to reject or accept posts before they appear on the site. Is there a way to do this?

Its definitely possible. If you're using Wakaba its as simple as adding a column to your posts table and holding back posts that don't have a value of 1, true, etc., in that column. If you haven't set anything up yet I'd be happy to write a patch or something.

Awesome. Thank you. How do you think that would look visually? I'm still trying to figure how to set up wakaba or kareha, and haven't gotten to see what the admin's view look like.

Would it be something like having a series of posts with a yes / no next to them?

I'll be trying to figure out how to set up wakaba in the mean time... (now that I have hope that this feature if possible, I have more determination to figure it out.)

Pretty much. I went ahead and did what you asked out of boredom and put it up on my server for you to tinker with if you want. Do you have an email or something I could send you with login details?
