All you really need to do is edit config.pl to include the correct settings for the database, change other stuff to your liking, and then upload all the files into a directory. The rest should work automatically.

100webspace.com has ftp... i've used it quite a bit...
I think (and hope) lily queen's board would be more targetted at a more general theme (classic clothes on babes) and also more focussed on pictures of real-life women.
