I need help.

I probably sound like a total fool, but with little to no real experience with PERL, I can't do much about it. When I open wakaba.pl, all I get is the source. Did I not remove enough comment signs or something? Link included. I'm pretty sure everything's set up just right... I checked, and PERL was installed, as well as the other programs.

Um... nevermind. It wasn't in the cgi folder. --; But now I'm getting an internal sever error...

If your web host forces you to keep scripts in the cgi-bin folder, it will most likely not work at all. If you can set up the web server yourself, read the docs to find some instructions for setting up CGI scripts.

There's no way around this? Could I use Kareha instead of Wakaba?

No, you need a webhost that lets you run CGI scripts in a sane fashion.
