Oekaki error (12)

Hi everyone!

Well, i'm setup a wakaba board with oekaki integration, but some is wrong... the oekaki applet don't appear, only appears "Waiting for initialization for complete"

I think is some in relation with the "oekaki_config.pl", the wiki says something about a url to the board but that don't appear in "oekaki_config.pl".

Hope somebody could help me, the url of the board is http://www.heavenofanime.org/wakaba/wakaba.pl

Thanks in advance =)

The wiki is out of date, the oekaki code has changed and doesn't need that anymore.

Also, I got the oekaki applet to work just fine, except the image wouldn't show up after uploading, and the web server was giving the HTTP error I've ever seen for it. Also, it wouldn't accept the vericode. There's something strange with your setup, but it does seem the oekaki applet works. Sure it's not just your browser?

Well, i have tested it with both IE and Mozilla... umm, maybe is the J2RE version?

I upgraded the J2RE and now the applet works fine. Now for last: is there some way to deactivate the vericode?

Thanks =)

Hi, sorry for bump this, i finally made the oekaki board works.

Now i have one more question. When you make an oekaki or when you post a commentary, all works fine, but back in the main site (http://www.heavenofanime.org) something go wrong because the system (i'm using powerportal) says "The module you reuqested not exist"

After some time, i discovered that is a problem with the cookies, so is there a way for change the cookie system of the board? maybe name of the cookie or something like that..

Thanks in advance.

Ah, that depends... Do you know which cookie is causing problems?

By elimination its the "name" cookie

Hmm. If you put Wakaba in a sub-folder, there's an option you can set in config.pl (COOKIE_PATH) that will set the cookie only for that folder. You can try experimenting with that to see if it helps.

If it doesn't, you'd have to edit wakaba.pl and wakaba.js to change the name of the cookie.
