ImageMagick alternative (4)

ImageMagick isn't installed. The doc wiki says NetPBM is an alternative, and I think it's installed (or something similar, I'd have to ask), but I'm not sure how to set up Wakaba for it.

Also, any chance of an upload board for non-image files, a la up.php? 2chan's public one is pretty dull, don't feel like translating it, 4chan's isn't public, too lazy to learn php or perl, you get the idea.

Wakaba will automatically try ImageMagick, NetPBM, and PerlMagick, in that order. If it works, it works, otherwise there's not much to be done except hacking the source.

hotaru made an upload board, http://hotaru.freelinuxhost.com/wu/. Not sure how up-to-date he keeps it. You'd have to ask him.

last release was 20041004... i might updated it eventually, but i'm almost as lazy as WAHa, so it'll probably be a while...

Right. I did a real quick job of translating up.php.

1) Grab these files:
http://squeek.4-ch.net/projects/up.txt
http://squeek.4-ch.net/projects/futaba.css
(Rename up.txt to up.php)

2) Copy them to a folder, and make a new folder called "src" with write priviliages enabled on it.
3) Open up.php with your text editor, the config options are at the top.
4) Then just point your browser towards up.php.

No doubt through my modifications I've choked some code, just let me know where.
