As far as I know, 2chan and 2 Channel do not allow any posts to be submitted from a non-Japanese IP. But I heard somewhere that one of them, (don't know which) has a board for foreigners to post on, is this true? If it is, what board is it, and on what site? I am interested in this.

oniichannel.org is an english version of 2chan it's pretty neat and new looking
Firstly, there are practically no posts on that site. And secondly, that's an imageboard, not a textboard, and it looks like every other imageboard out there . . . but without any posters.
