Creating a frame navigation (4)

Bit of a noob question this, so apologies if I offend anyone...
I've made the "navigation" page, and I've got the rest of the site sorted, but I need to link them all together and have the navigation page constantly displaying, siderbar-stylee in a frame.

How does one achieve via the wonders of xhtml? or will javascripting be required?

Just set up a good old-fashioned frameset, and you're all set.

first you javascript your xhtml and mux your perl
