It's a female idol image board, with some nudity.
Clicking on the thumbnail-looking images just loads the same tiny image again, yet each image entry notes size info such as "1195 x 1584 303KB (jpg)".
Is this just a "show off yer collection via thumbnails!" board, or is there a way to get to the full-sized ones?
I'm looking for a big imageboard with figurines.

Yeah, warning the admin of a board that he might want to get rid of links to illegal stuff is so uncalled-for.
