The Unarchiver doesn't support OS X Yosemite now.
You can't change The Unarchiver settings on OS X Yosemite.
The checkboxes doesn't react even if you click them.

Apple has helpfully removed this feature. You will need the legacy version that is not sandboxed to do this.
