Side Menu F5 problems. (4, permasaged)

I've coded a sideframe for my wakaba installation, and it works fine except for one thing. Whenever I am viewing a thread, if I refresh the page I am taken straight back to the homepage. I have seen a couple of boards find a way around this, but haven't been able to get a response from any of them as to how they did it.

So, how can I have a sideframe that will stay on the page I want when I F5?

You need to allow caching of your index.html file (or whatever has your <frameset>).
