The Wakaba and Kareha support thread (1000)

I just tried modifying the httpd.conf again, this time to
AddHandler cgi-handler .cgi .pl
<Directory "/wakaba">

Options -Indexes +ExecCGI
AllowOverride None
Order allow,deny
Allow from all

</Directory>
and it is still a no go.

I also tried creating an .htaccess with
AddHandler cgi-handler .pl .cgi
Options +ExecCGI
And it is the same result.
