Is there a bongoru/chan hybrid, which allows posting and looks like a normal *chan board but allows image tagging/searching like like a booru?

note: "bongoru" should've been "booru"

I'm not too sure what a booru is exactly. I'm also confused as to what tumblr, Digg, delicio.us, etc. are. Anyone wanna explain those to me?
