Has Alpha ever actually GROUND those coffee beans? We see her roasting (and burning) the whole beans a lot, but never grinding...
Her coffee would be pretty weak, wouldn't it, if the water ran over the whole roasted beans? Japanese coffee usually isn't weak at all.
Maybe this is the reason she has lots of fans, but few customers. :)
Perhaps we have the concept for a new coffeehouse chain here, "Cafe Alpha: No Grind Eases Your Mind."
