With over 2,000 pages and 271 articles.

I'm actually about half-way through the restoration of the old wikichan via yswiki.org. I've gotten some help, but I'm still mostly doing the work myself. In addition I've expanded the archives for Yotsuba Society to include 2010 4chan threads from from my personal collection at http://archives.yotsubasociety.org.

Just wanted to check up on you folks.

I was kind of interested until I saw the name field.

Shame, I thought I was less shallow than this.

Don't trust anything Jkid says. See the watchdog blog about him (http://ndubuisi-okeh.blogspot.com/) for more information.

>Shame, I thought I was less shallow than this.

Since you consider the reputation of a person more than the contributions of what the person does, you are more shallow than you think.

Fuck off leetchan.

he could have been referring to the fact that you used a name, rather than what that name was. Using a name on an anonymous board without a very good reason is usually an indication of unfamiliarity with the culture of such boards.

>Using a name on an anonymous board
>familiarity with the culture
>Co-founder, Co-Owner, and Webmaster of a Imageboard history and archival site.
>Implying it's not important

I don't get why people can be shallow in real life and online, and never will.

The incorrect assumption that what you claim to have done is the same as what you've actually done has blinded you to the truth.

I could start my own site, it wouldn't automatically give me the authority to claim to be a BBS expert.

Plus--and I hate to use the age card--but you admitted yourself you have only been around since 2008.

no you couldn't, you're a lazy as shit lurker like me the other 99.9999999999% of chanfags.

if jkid writes some stupid shit who cares, just screencap it, make into a demotivator and post it on 7chan.
win - fucking - win.
who knows, maybe you'll get lucky one day and jkid will give you a rimjob in exchange for telling him about some epic oldfag shit that you witnessed.
i think i like jkid more just because he sends buttmongled aspie clowns into fits of rage just by having a web site. if wasn't a lazy sack of shit with a giant backlog of anime to watch i might bust out my elite html skillz and put together big fucking intarnet web sight all about chanfag history written as if i were a three month noob, because i know the comments received would be well worth the effort.

And just what do you do? Oh right; you make various crappy texts no one cares about, such as How to Cure Depression, complete with suicide hotline phone numbers, because you imagine every so-called ``channer'' to be a raging aspie with mental health issues such as yourself. Your ``articles'' are chock-full of spelling and factual errors, and most of your ``facts'' are merely speculations because you couldn't find the proper answer to something.

Speaking of reputation and contributions, I find it ironic that you're quick to denounce the blog about yourself without even taking the facts it provides into consideration. For instance, take a look at the article about your claims that savetheinternet is DDoSing your site, then you admitting that it wasn't his fault, but still you leave the tweets up. This echoes my above statement about you making up your own facts whenever you find it appropriate.

Also, take a look at the article claiming you plan to monetize your content with advertising. You complained and whined about this being a false claim too. Recently, you set up AdSense on archives.yotsubasociety.org, which doesn't even show up on the page, but nevertheless appears in the source code, showing your intentions for the site.
