Kimmo Alm apparently. I guess he's back from the dead.
Apparently, /b/ made some threats to tumblr or whatever, and then tumblr reacted with a DDoS.
Then the admins of tumblr decided to erase all content regarding the DDoS against 4chan.
>and then tumblr reacted with a DDoS.
I thought tumblr was just a bunch of camwhores. You'd think it'd be the exact opposite kind of place /b/-tards and skiddies would want to hang out in.
Nobody knows. It's not Kimmo, it's not "LulzSec" and I highly doubt it's the camwhores over at tumblr.

This. The Pastebin going around is clearly fake--it spells "LulzSec" as "Lulzsec" and they have not mentioned it through any official channels. I doubt Kimmo cares or has the resources, and a distributed content site like Tumblr probably couldn't amass enough people.
My vote goes for JIDF:

Or for Russian pedophiles:

If this is the case, I am very disappointed that someone capable of a large scale DDoS attack would not do the research, and find that the trendy new `hacktivist' Anonymous has little to do with 4chan now.
I imagine it's general ignorance. If you're familiar with the Operation Darknet BS they're running now, you'll know how much of a disinformation campaign they're running. There are certain groups and governments who want Tor gone, and inevitably 4chan and Anonymous still go hand in hand to some. Whomever is after these pedophiles is really going after Tor and the concept of Anonymous at the same time, due to what they have done politically.
It's going to get a lot more interesting in the next year, you'll see.
