Reading the conclusion there and knowing the fact, that Kokone stays over, I guess I can't sleep anymore until ch 127 is out...

It's always better, in my opinion, to wait until the chapter comes out before posting anything spoiler-ish.
Having said that, the elves have chosen to translate yuutampo as "hot water bottle" in the upcoming chapter. But now all you groovy forum readers are in the know.
