There are 10 volumes, covering up through chapter 99. Volume 11 is due next spring.

YKK is an ongoing manga, and appears monthly in a Japanese comic anthology called "Afternoon". It's due to dedicated fans that scan the monthly installments that we are able to keep up with YKK mere weeks after it appears in Japan.
