Aqua scanslations

Just as a heads up, but I found two groups that are translating Aqua :)

If you hit up their IRC channel, you can find the links to download the chapters. The one I've picked up is mangaone, which is located at #[email protected]

Chapter one can be downloaded from:
http://www.kazeumi.com/hosted/mangaone/Aqua_vol1_ch01[MonE].zip
and http://www3.telus.net/hikashin/Manga/Aqua%20vol1%20ch01.zip
and
http://aqua01.webhop.net/

Chapter two can be downloaded from:
http://www3.telus.net/hikashin/Manga/Aqua%20vol1%20ch02.zip

Once again, I am amazed by the artwork ^^

I compared Inane's and MangaOne's version, and I'll go with Inane. Their scans are much higher quality, and IMHO the translation flows better.

Aqua is Aria right? And I didn't know that inane translates this manga also.

Aqua is the prequel to Aria. It starts off with Akari landing in Neo-Venezia and starting as a trainee. It takes place about one (Martian) year before Aria.

Do you have any info on where to get the Inane translations?

Howdy,

FYI: Volume 6 of Aria just came out.

I just saw Aria #6 at Kinokuniya. Another gorgeous cover. I need to find Aqua. Was it also published by Mag Garden? Also, I'd prefer a simple text translation for Aqua rather than a scan. Does anyone know if one is out there? And for that matter, I used to have a text translation for YKK up through volume 9, but not any more. If anyone has a link to some text translations, I'd appreciate it.

We do appreciate that you are trying to promote ARIA, however please do not link any direct download http links from our channel (MangaONE) on your forum. It's impolite and the http links are not for public distribution but ONLY in IRC. Please kindly remove those links posted in your forum immediately. Thank you.

YKK Forum doesnt seem to support "delete post" function for members and the original post was not from the author of the forum. We thanks thee for you mangas, but dont flame Dave for things not done by him. At least, softer tones should be used.

Howdy,

I'm not sure how my name got dragged into this, but the only way to get the post removed is by emailing Neil, who wrote the forum software and runs this site. Unfortunately, he has been MIA for about six months. You can give it a shot here, though. Good luck.
