Absobleepinglutely.
It's really fun for me because I can compare the original text, my translation, dDave's translation, and dneil's translation... there are portions where I think each of them has the better phrasing. (My translation, frankly, is not that good; it got better when dDave started helping/correcting me, starting with YKK 106, I think...)

http://hellninjacommando.com/ykk/ is where Defiler hosts my translations. He's in Japan right now, so he hasn't been around to put my YKK 107 translation there yet. I have that on my Geocities account at http://www.geocities.com/whispersnlace/ykk.html but the bandwidth limits kick in on that pretty fast.
Defiler comes back Thursday or Friday, after which he can put 107 on his site. But neild's going to catch up pretty darned quick at any rate (yay neild!), at which point I may get out of the YKK translation biz.
dDave helps me with all the tough parts, and I incorporate his translation into mine. I'm not all that good at translating, but he is, and I have the time/tenacity to put it all together.

So, I'm back from Japan, and mostly recovered from jet-lag. I have the August edition of Afternoon now, containing chapter 108. I'll try to get it scanned today, but I may end up at the movies with some friends. Either way, the raw scans will be up in the next few days.
Looks like another awesome chapter.

I read the 107 translation provided here, which is the first time I have read another translation other than nields.
It was very strange, especially considering how simple the words were, but it FELT different than the translations I have been used to. I can't wait till nield gets that far so I can compare.

Howdy,
The translations I did were pretty rough and meant to help whispersnlace over any grammatical problems. They are not polished by any means, but when I get back from Japan (by the end of July), I could see about sending them out to interested folks.
