It's the GDI+ JPEG prossessing exploit, working with a faulty older versions of the "gdiplus.dll" - and you're just a smidge late, lad <_<
http://www.microsoft.com/security/bulletins/200409_jpeg.mspx
Note it's a flaw with MS products like IE, Outlook & other image processing programs - and probably 3. party programs that use the same dll or a duplicate residing in another directory. Heck, even the 2 years old IE 5.2 on my Mac goes South when opening such an image - luckily a Win virus/worm/whatever isn't a threat to Mac OS X.:p
So get your Win OS security fix(es) today - and a copy of the "GDI+ Detection Tool" via http://support.microsoft.com/kb/873374/EN-US/ to check for non-MS programs still vulnerable.
Happy surfing

Howdy,
And switch your browser to Firefox, or some other well maintained browser. Dump Internet Explorer as soon as possbible. It's full of security holes.
Best,
Dave
