Although the person who wrote this may not see it:

To add image replies to Futallaby, copy the file box into the if($no) or something like that, I forget the exact line.

To prevent the boxes from duplicating in the "new thread" part of the board, delete the "new thread" part, it should be in an if statment and contain a "file box".

Next we need Futallaby to create the img tag in the reply, above the comment that says main creation, which creates the first post in the thread. Above it, you'll find a quite long "if" statment with a comment that says "img tag creation" and above that, two lines with a comment saying "picture file name", highlight all of that img tag and picture file name stuff, leave the first "Main creation" part under it alone, next, right click the highlighted stuff, left click "Copy", next, go to the second "Main creation" comment, add a blank line between the post number and the name part and everything else. Right click the blank line, left click "Paste", save the file, put it on your site and off you go!

If it doesn't work, you've fucked up, because it works fine for me.
