I don't understand your logic with the no name policy, but 5chan is dead, and I think zerochan is too, which is a shame because I just found out about it today, and I wouldn't put 42chan in just on the grounds that it has no pics worth looking at on it

I don't know why the owner still prefers to keep this one image board alive since it's really deserted.

It does have links to the other chans, and it's a useful backup now and then. There's also the cachet of "really obscure".
